Message harder than the larger one at the same psi ..so the smaller turbo will generate more heat than the larger one ..more heat means more likely to detonate .. the trade off is with a larger turbo there is more lag .. my point is that with a larger turbo like the sport 600 or hks2530 ..there is more power potential at the same psi ..it's generating it more efficiently than the smaller turbo ..with now with g.dupree's tubular manifold ..the spool up is real good ..ie: real driveable lag --close to sport 500 with ported stock manifold .. I can hit full boost like kx1277 says before 4k on my car...with the same tuning that seb had on his 535bb which he got 530rwhp .. i can spend less money ( sport 600 = approx $2400-2600) ..and have a good spooling car with more power .. i'm guessing about 550rwhp - 580rwhp when the tuning is done ..I will support this guess with a dyno next month ..
